Our mission is to ensure that every client receives dependable solutions tailored to their unique operational needs. This refund policy outlines the guidelines regarding payments, service fulfillment, and refund eligibility for all sourcing, supply, and procurement-related services provided through LegacyDirectCo.com.
General Policy Overview
Legacy Direct LLC offers business-to-business sourcing and supply chain services, including procurement support, wholesale product sourcing, logistics coordination, supplier negotiation, and fulfillment assistance. Because our services involve time-based labor, research, supplier outreach, and global logistics processes, many portions of our work are not refundable once performed.
This policy ensures clarity, transparency, and consistency for all clients working with our sourcing and supply services.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
✔ A refund may be approved if:
No sourcing work, supplier outreach, or procurement activity has begun on your project.
The client has submitted a cancellation request within 24 hours of initial payment.
A payment was made in error or processed incorrectly.
❌ Refunds will NOT be issued for:
Completed or partially completed sourcing work, including supplier verification, price analysis, freight research, or logistics support.
Services that required time, labor, communication, or negotiation with manufacturers or distributors.
Any fees paid to third-party vendors, shippers, or suppliers.
Failure to move forward with a purchase order after sourcing has been delivered.
Situations where the client is dissatisfied with supplier pricing, shipping rates, or MOQ requirements (as these are controlled by suppliers, not Legacy Direct).
Because sourcing and procurement involve time, expertise, and analysis, completed stages of work cannot be refunded.
Digital Reports, Supplier Lists & Deliverables
If you purchased a supplier list, market analysis, procurement report, or product research document, these items are considered non-refundable digital deliverables, as they cannot be returned once sent or viewed.
Logistics, Fulfillment & Freight-Related Payments
Any payments associated with logistics, freight quotes, 3PL coordination, or shipping services are non-refundable once the service has been initiated. Freight costs, duties, taxes, or carrier fees fall under the responsibility of the respective shipping providers.
Project Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a service:

A team member will respond within 1–2 business days
Cancellations will only be approved if sourcing work has not yet begun.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us is considered a breach of policy. Because we document all communication, deliverables, and service progress, Legacy Direct LLC reserves the right to dispute fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks.
Commitment to Fairness
We believe in maintaining honest, transparent, and trustworthy business relationships. While certain sourcing and supply-chain services are non-refundable due to their nature, we always aim to work collaboratively with clients to resolve concerns in a professional manner.
